[Open-transport] OpenTransport/Prefill - A new repo which will make our lives better

Hi all,

Are you tired of when you want to know which train to take, the forms 
are as dumb as can be and ask you the same question "From where to where 
would you like to go?" over and over again?

Those days are over! By just keeping the history of a user we can 
predict what the user will want to fill out, and fill it out on page load.
