[Open-transport] Open Transport Data tools / webservices

OTP is a must have : Little to very large networks, stable... but quite 
huge if you plan to «just» use GTFS

Node-Gtfs works like a charm, but I haven't tested it yet on large 
networks, I plan to hugely test it in the next couple of weeks and to ad 
some real time magic on it

Navitia is not opened (yet) so I can't tell...
