[Open-transport] W3C vocabulary for transport

Hey,

Just for the record: if we do this, it will take someone 1 tot 2 days 
per week to actually fulfil this task. I cannot invest this amount of 
time at this time, but I am willing to contribute. Is there someone else 
who might take this forward?
