[Open-transport] Belgian railways datadump

Hi open-transport list,

Our friends from OpenOV in The Netherlands have harvested the Belgian 
railway company and are now providing a data dump of NMBS/SNCB in GTFS 
format.

Please start using it an provide us with feedback. GTFS can be used to 
build route planners in a lot of tools such as Bliksem/RRRR, Open Trip 
Planner, Navitia.io and many more. Using http://data.irail.be, the 
datadump can be enriched with real-time delay data.
