[Open-transport] Taking our transport portal further

Hi all,

After consideration with Joost and Rufus, we've decided to merge 
transport.datahub.io and datahub.io. We have also started creating a 
CKAN plug-in for datahub which's repository can be found here:

https://github.com/okfn/ckanext-datahub

If you are interested in adding extra features to our group at 
datahub.io on open transport, you can now do pull requests on that 
repository. Was anyone talking about integrating a GTFS validator with 
CKAN? Would be awesome to have it on datahub.io :)
