I left it fairly open - given the deadline, I wanted to get *something* 
in front of the organisers to give us time to work out the detail over 
the next couple of weeks.  I didn't mention number of sessions or type, 
more general themes.

Should we aim to get three sessions drafted by Friday?  Maybe one 
strategic, one practical and one pure experience-sharing?
