[Open-transport] Article on Open Transport at programmable web

Hi all,

A while back I have contacted some of you to provide input for an article
on Open Transport for the Programmable Web Mark Boyd was doing. The result
can be viewed here:

The big statement in there: we need data dumps from transit agencies, the
reuse community should build the APIs in or not in collaboration with the
transit agencies.

Hope you agree, if not, I'm always eager to be challenged :)
