[Open-transport] Open ITS Formats - DATEX II, GTFS?

Hey Deirdre,

For road data, we have developed Open511 (511 is the short phone number for
traffic information) with the target of having a full open format for road
data: open511.org.

Adoption is coming in North America where no strong (open or closed) format
is in place anyway.
