[Open-transport] Open ITS Formats - DATEX II, GTFS?

Hi Stéphane,

Open511 adoption also coming in Portugal :) We kinda liked open511 and will
be implementing it soon in one major Portuguese city, if everything goes
according to plan.

The django-based referenced implementation was a killer feature haha :)
