On 29.04.2016 there'll be an Open Data Kongress in Berlin, organized by
"Kommission für Geoinformationswirtschaft" and the Ministry of Economics
and Energy" (Bundesministeriums für Wirtschaft und Energie):

This would be a good opportunity to get in contact with policy makers in
