Mmph, good move. Separate dev- and user- lists are common practice.

For my part, I realise (now that there's explicitly a "-dev" list)  
that what was tripping me up was the "-help" label. My natural  
instinct was to keep the list clear for users seeking help and doing  
their RTFM bit by trawling through posts to see if their question has  
already been answered.
