Wouldn't it be better to use the issue tracker on github? It allows
tracking, management, triage, etc.

It would be useful if that page actually linked to the location of the
parsers. After poking around a little, I discovered they are at:
https://github.com/okfn/bibserver/tree/master/bibserver
DBLP has an example parser at http://dblp.uni-trier.de/xml/docu/ and
googling "DBLP parser" turns up a number of others.
