[openbiblio-dev] Install instructions tech stack

Hello,

Can anyone point me in the direction of the 1) install instructions
for bibliographica* 2) details of the tech stack used? Happy to update
the wiki if someone can point me in the right direction.

* I don't nesseserally want to install it (might be a bit of a
nightmare on OSX), but helps to understand how it works.
