[openbiblio-dev] Pubmed data: URI forms for journals

Would absolutely love for this to be handled by the actual issuer. I
guess that I have been burnt by repeated quashed hopes of something like
this actually happening for me to consider it a possibility...

Would making a purl prefix for it work?

purl.org/net/issn/.... ?
