I think 4store will work, and it is critically important that we can
expose a sparql endpoint which take virtuoso out of the running.
The process seems more I/O and RAM bound than CPU bound which makes
it more appropriate to run this at AWS than at Rackspace. I will
therefore trash our rackspace test instances and reconstruct them
at AWS. I hope that AWS' CPU throttling doesn't kill us.
