[openbiblio-dev] First cut of AsyncUpload branch

As a non-python type this is wonderful. I've a skeleton Marc to bib JSON 
parser in Perl (partly down to reuse of code around the Perl Marc 
module) pretty much ready. If I get a chance this week i can test its 
output against bibSoup and offer it up for testing.
