This time is impossible for me.
For the first months of this project we settled on 16:00 GMT as a mutually acceptable time for all.
Then some weeks ago this time was changed without consultation. 
I suggest reverting to 16:00 GMT. 
Else I will remain shut out of the project as I have been for the last month or two.
