[openbiblio-dev] Cannot run bibserve

Thank you for your replies. Obviously I have checked Google and
StackOverflow but doing the proposed fixes lead to other problems, and thus
I am here asking. I will try what you guys suggested.

I have very few experience with the technologies used by Bibserver, so I
want to be able to use it before diving into the code.
