[Open Design + Hardware] [Open Design & Hardware] Invitation to lead a session at Mozfest this Oct in London

Hi all,

With the deadline fast approaching (*August 31*), are anyone interested in
working on getting something together?

Some ideas for sessions, on top of my head:

   - Maybe we could setup a session around our new OpenDesign/Hardware
magazine idea? (Mioli, as presented in email from Kat a couple of days
ago). I am thinking that we could invite people to join the editorial team
(or just a temporary editorial team) - or simply do a brainstorming session
in which participants are presented with the basic idea and then invited to
give feedback. We could even start hacking out some design work, logos,
write copy or whatever. Would be a great way to not only kick off the
   project, but also crowdsource it.
   - Or, maybe someone would be up for hosting a learning session relating
to graphics? I do not have sufficient skills to lead or teach that myself,
but would love to support any of you in such an endeavor. Could also be
other learning sessions, like hacking around with Processing or something.
   - Public Domain Remix session? Getting people together to mashup art
from pd-licensed materials on their computers...

Call for proposals: http://sessions.mozillafestival.org/

-Christian
