[Open Design] The first draft of the Open Design Definition

Hi all,
after re-reading the previous discussions and the existing definitions 
we have gathered in the repository, I've developed the first draft of 
the Open Design Definition, you can find it here:

As usual, we can discuss it here in the mailing list or on the GitHub 
repository with issues and comments. If you are not familiar yet with 
GitHub don't worry, just send your ideas to the mailing list and I will 
put them in the repository for you.

What do you think about the draft? Is there any section that you'd like 
to add? Is there any specific section that you would like to write?
