[Open Design] Legal aspects of Open Design

Thanks Primavera,
it is great idea! I will try to help this project with my little
knowledge of the legal aspects.
I think that this project would also help the development of the Open
Design Definition: on the definition we can focus on the other aspects
of Open Design while hinting at only some aspects on the legal side,
without the need to go deeper.
