Thanks for this, Massimo - glad to see the first steps happening in putting
this up after so much fruitful discussion on this list and the Github
issues page about the best way to get started.

+1 to Troxler's suggestion to be divisive between 'open/non-copright' forms
of patent and 'closed/copyright' forms - the distinction between
restrictive and non-restrictive licenses is just as important to those of
us who are designers as it is to the worlds of free software and open data,
in my opinion. would be great to see even more radical alternatives of
'open' licenses mentioned as well as CC0, such as copyleft/copyfree, as
well as the more recognized forms - and also open hardware focused
varieties - so that we can be as inclusive as possible regarding individual
choice.

Awesome though, looking forward to the next installment!
