[Open Design] Open Design Definition: a section about IP

Dear all,
following a suggestion from Peter Troxler I have now divided this 
section into copyright-like forms of protection from patent-like forms 
or no protection forms with commit 4616378 
(https://github.com/OpenDesign-WorkingGroup/Open-Design-Definition/commit/46163789a74691005826c6e9f0f053b01dfddfbd). 
It should be now a bit clearer how to distinguish among all the forms of 
protection, though we still need to define and explain them.
