[Openglam_members] Finnish Wartime Archive licensing

Excellent riposte Maarten!

I wonder whether we should do a blog post on "myths" around open licensing
for GLAMs which would include the idea that it makes works more likely to
be used in nasty political contexts...

Is there something like that already?
