Dear Joris,

Apparently, it is not that simple to get an overview of Europeana data providers from a specific country as some provide their data through international aggregators.

Would it therefore be possible to add a country-filter to the following overview page?
http://www.europeana.eu/portal/europeana-providers.html

Furthermore, I think it would be in the interest of OpenGLAM to mark those providers which conform with the OpenGLAM Principles (especially #2, #3, and #4) with a special sign.

And last, but not least, it would be interesting to know what OpenGLAM representatives in each country could do in order to promote the process of populating the Europeana database and to get data providers from their country to conform to OpenGLAM Principles (especially: make digital representations of PD works available online in high resolution and accompanied by appropriate legal statements.)

What do you think?

Beat
