[Openglam_members] OpenGLAM local page

Dear all,

Following another action that was still open from last WG meeting, I've now
created an OpenGLAM local page at http://openglam.org/local/ to display all
our Ambassadors and Local groups - which is an impressive overview thanks
to all your efforts for OpenGLAM!

I'll add it to the main menu under Community tomorrow, just let me know if
you have any changes / updates.
