[Openglam_members] OKFestival proposals

Hi everybody,

I am running through the OKFestival proposals to give some final comments,
and it seems that I missed quite a lot when I checked the spreadsheet
during our call. A lot more of our proposals can actually be found in
there, but under different tabs:

Opening Fair: GIF animation workshop proposed to do it in the main hall on
a big screen during the opening session. Don't fully understand the
description of this yet.

Tools: Bring the Public Domain Calculators Worldwide is listed as a backup.

Society: Workshop OpenGLAM Benchmark Survey is shortlisted.
Mythbusting session is a backup and there is a proposal for it to be merged
with a similar proposal

So a lot more than we thought :)
