Dear Rafael,

Thanks for your email - it would be great to get Uruguay's data into
OpenSpending.

Could you possibly clarify what you mean by 'set model URL' and 'set data
URL'? I'm cc'ing wdmmg-dev list as that is where the developers currently
working on the project check for questions!
