[wdmmg-dev] Hint editor on Sandbox ETL [WAS: Re: Openspending Sandbox]

There is now a basic hint editor running on the Sandbox ETL app. When
you go to import your dataset, it will check that the hints for
"model" and "data" are correctly set, and if not will present you with
the option to set them or change them.
