[openspending-dev] [OKFN Tasks] #1271: New service needed: OpenSpending Hetzner

All services are now migrated to s033, s060 and s061 are ready for shutdown.

Please help me keep an eye open for outages on peripheral services.
One reported breakage is DGU but I expect more things to go wrong.
