[openspending-dev] Apps.OpenSpending.org - A Proposal

Just throwing something into the mix from the galleries:

I rather like the way http://bl.ocks.org/ works. Perhaps a potential
apps.openspending.org could work in much the same way -- upload code to
gist.github.com and have it magically tie in with the OS API.
