[openspending-dev] Datasource uploading issue

Hi Spiros,

Thanks for flagging this up, I can't reproduce the error myself. Is
this still happening? If yes, could you let me know which browser you
are using?

Would be great if you could file an issue for this if it is still
going on: https://github.com/openspending/openspending/issues
