[openspending-dev] Help us migrate OpenSpending blog to Wordpress

There's (at least) an XMLRPC interface for programmatically adding new
posts to Wordpress; the method is metaWeblog.newPost, but it inherits PHP's
broken handling of XML, so you may or may not want to render the markdown
yourself.
