[openspending-dev] Crawlability of OpenSpending.org (+ SEO)

No, these tables aren't indexable. Most of the organic traffic we see is
for supplier names, so we're trying to make up for it by providing
comprehensive sitemaps of all the transactions:
http://openspending.org/sitemap-index.xml

May be useful to think about either Ghost.py'ing the tables, or hash
fragment support for simple HTML tables (I would really consider the Ghost
option, as it means we can keep the controllers stupid and have the site
run against its own API).
