[openspending-dev] Random mention: Redshift

Hey all,

just a thought, it may be interesting to look at whether OpenSpending could
be run against Amazon Redshift for large datasets (e.g. FarmSubsidy). This
may not be fast, but I assume they have that scale thing figured out :)
