We have a developer meeting in just under a week. I thought I'd make a
call for topic proposals on the list to see what you'd like to talk about.

Just send me a reply if you have a topic about openspending you'd like
to talk about. Deadline is on Sunday evening so that I can send out the
topic list on Monday.
