[openspending-dev] Dev meeting postponed to April 9

Hi,

As you've probably guessed from the lack of notification, the dev
meeting which should have taken place today (first Thursday of the
month) is _not_ going to take place.

I'm postponing it until next week: April 9.

If you have any topics you'd like to discuss, send them to me or to this
thread. I'll send out a more "formal" meeting agenda early next week.

Sorry for the short notice.
