[openspending-dev] Unable to save model

Hi Friedrich,
Thanks for looking into! I've renamed the dimension but there is the same
result.
There are the updated files:
http://www.townlife.com/themes/Other/budget3/2004_1.txt
http://www.townlife.com/themes/Other/budget3/model_1.json
And still can't create Dimension mapping for that data file on openspending
site.
