[wdmmg-discuss] Hierarchical COFOG now done

I have now incorporated William Waites's COFOG fix, and Rufus has uploaded 
the result to http://store.wheredoesmymoneygo.org . This means we now have 
our first example of a hierarchical key. As proposed, the three levels of 
the COFOG hierarchy are represented by three keys 'cofog1', 'cofog2' and 
'cofog3'. You can therefore now filter and aggregate at any level of the 
hierarchy, using the existing API.

In theory this means that all the URLs in my post on Thursday (or whenever 
it was) should now work. :-).
