Correct. That's the best we can do without inventing non-standard codes.

No, there is no double counting in the CRA. If the second is separated 
out, it is also deducted from the first, so the total remains correct.

As far as I know, the CRA does not double count things, so I think what 
we've done works. It's one of the good things about the CRA.
