[wdmmg-discuss] More council (local authority) spending data

Sorry I should have finished that off the email below with my point! My 
point is that we have gathered lots of information about local spending, 
more that the spreadsheet represents, so I'll look into ways of putting it 
all in one place and then post back to the list with it.
