Good luck to all who will be trawling through COINs tomorrow morning!

Do folks think it could be worth starting a public Etherpad on
pad.okfn.org for us and others to jot down interesting notes/questions
in real time from when the data is first released?

Could be useful to have a single point of reference/discussion from
the outset -- and include links to coverage in media, blogs, could
include an FAQ, etc...
