"The date of publication of the 2009-10 WGA is likely to be in the
spring of 2011. Legally, it must be published by 31 December 2011. The
cut-off date has been set prudently, reflecting the view that the
initial years of producing live accounts are likely to be challenging,
for both preparers and auditors. These dates allow proper discussion
and time for resolution of issues, should this be necessary."
