I'm starting work on the trac ticket 360 to clean the FOI'd POG data:  
http://knowledgeforge.net/okfn/tasks/ticket/360

Of course we expect the result, a spreadsheet of POG code and  
subcodes, to be useful to others and it will be made available  
generally (via CKAN?).

Lisa, 	do you still have the original paper available? I'd like to  
see page 103. It starts "P23DI121 P231nternational Finance Facility  
for Immunisation Programme AME P231FFI" (according to the file  
103.txt in the zip of OCR results that you made).
