This is excellent, very engaging and neat to explore.

In addition to reporting a cut, what other ways would you like people to 
make more sense of the reported cuts?

For example this cut http://wherearethecuts.org/reports/view/2234, there 
is no amount given, so are people here encouraged to read the source and 
add comments on how much is cut?
