I'm going to repurpose the comments to ask people to add specific bits
of information. This will be especially useful for the schools data -
was it just a couple of new computers or replacing a leaking roof etc.

Yes, i'm going to make the news link much more obvious. When it gets
down to a local level, the amounts are not always that clear, or might
be announced over different time periods, so the context is important.
