But things like the UK Film Council were funding projects UK wide I
imagine. Similarly for the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council --
but we can dig!

I think both, but often the email alias is better so I'll set up
team at wherearethecuts.org now and forward to you, Jordan Hatch (you
