[OpenSpending-discuss] Portuguese Initiatives

Hi!

Don't know if this the exact place to send this, but here goes.
Used bubbletree to map the Portuguese State Budget for 2012 [1] and the
Azores Autonomous Region Budget for 2012 [2].
Thought i'd share. I'll be trying to mess around with the financial
transfers (also available in raw data, nice) and hope to have something in
a few weeks.
