I wasn't saying that being part of OpenSpending meant that people had
to *do* anything. ;-)

I guess I meant that because we have this Working Group thing at the
OKF - which is often simply a list of people associated with a project
or an area of activity, and a mailing list - we could have a similar
list of people associated with Open Spending, and call the people who
turn up regularly to calls, etc a 'Working Group'. Silly idea?
