[OpenSpending-discuss] Time Series Chart

Hi,

I have noticed that the openspending.org site does not have the 'Time 
Series' option now (it is still in sandbox.openspending.org). Is it just 
a temporal change?
In my opinion, the 'Time Series' chart is very important feature (it is 
practically "a must have" if there are more years in the data), which 
shall not be omitted .
